Orders and shipping
When a customer makes an order at our site, she will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Shipping confirmation will be sent once the shipping has taken place. We may contact customer directly by email or phone if there are any issues with an order. Our standard time to process an order is 2 working days. Delivery time is 3-8 working days, depending on delivery address. If there’s a delay in delivery, we will immediately contact the customer to notify about the delay. Delivery times are estimates and we don’t offer any compensation on delayed delivery.
For purchasing, we use Paytrail and Klarna as the payment providers. For EU and Norway, the price includes local VAT. For countries outside EU, the price at checkout is without VAT. For UK, US and Switzerland customers the price includes all taxes and duties. For US, we offer flat shipping rate.
Orders with shipping address in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are shipped either using Posti and their international partners or DHL. For other international deliveries we use primarily DHL, but we may use another courier service providers time to time.
Returns
We offer 60 days return policy to all orders. If 60 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Rug variation
All our rugs are hand-made unique pieces, often produced in small batches. Hence, there may be color and size variation.
