Orders and shipping
When a customer makes an order at our site, she will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Shipping confirmation will be sent once the shipping has taken place. We may contact customer directly by email or phone if there are any problems with an order.
For purchasing, we use Paytrail as the payment provider. Their payment service offers many different payment methods and is updated time to time. For international payments, we accept the most common credit cards using Paytrail as the service provider.
Orders with shipping address in the Nordic countries are shipped either using Posti and their international partners or DHL. For other international deliveries we use either DHL, Fedex or UPS.
We offer 60 days return policy to all orders made after November 6th 2023. Orders made earlier have return policy of 14 days. If 60 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All our rugs are hand-made unique pieces, often produced in small batches. Hence, there may be color and size variation.
