Making new waves: the RIBBON collection launch on June 26th
Woven Works unveils its latest collection, featuring the debut creations of designer Wendy Turner. The inspiration for the RIBBON collection came from a seaside scenery and the mesmerizing pattern of waves. “I wanted to combine the feeling of touch and aesthetically pleasing patterns with natural wool and practicality. This pattern has been on my mind for a long time, and finally, together with Woven Works and the weavers, we made it happen in the most beautiful way.”
You’re invited to celebrate the new collection and summer warmth at mattolaituri in Kaivopuisto. Mattolaituri is a historical pier for washing your rugs by the sea and this one is still functional, we just do a quick takeover for an evening!
