Shipping

Shipping confirmation will be sent by email to the customer once the order is ready for shipment. This does not necessarily mean that a logistics company has yet collected the package from our warehouse. We may contact customer directly by email or phone if there are any issues with an order.

Our standard time to process an order is 2 working days. Delivery time is 3-8 working days in Europe, depending on delivery address. If there’s a delay in delivery, we will immediately contact the customer to notify about the delay. Delivery times are estimates and we don’t offer any compensation on delayed delivery.

Orders in Europe are shipped using Posti, Postnord or DHL. For other countries, we may use other courier services too. 

Returns

We offer 60 days free return policy to all orders on standard products except rug samples. If 60 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom-sized or personalized items are non-refundable. To make a return, contact us by email. We will send you a return label by email. We will then instruct you to take the product to closest drop off point for selected logistics partner. In selected areas and orders, we can book a pick up for the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days that Stripe and card companies take to process the refund. We will not refund taxes, duties and other custom fees that have been paid by the customer when importing our products.
